At Véro, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we do not generally offer refunds, as we prefer exchanges whenever possible.

Refunds are only provided under the following condition:

  • The requested size is unavailable for exchange

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery

Delivery costs are the responsibility of the party causing the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Used or worn items
